“Do you see emergency patients?”
Yes, we reserve time Monday thru Thursday for emergency patients. Please contact us by text message during our closed hours for a quick response.
“Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?”
We will send you all your first visit forms to either your phone or email prior to your appointment. If you fill those out ahead of time, please come right on time to your appointment. If you haven’t filled out your forms, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete them on one of our iPads.
“How long will my first appointment last?
You can expect your first visit to last about an hour depending on your dental needs.
“What can I expect during a dental checkup?”
During your check up, the dentist will examine your mouth, decide whether you need x-rays, and perform an oral cancer screening. The hygienist will perform a cleaning and review your oral hygiene. In the case that any tooth decay or gum disease is found, the dentist will review the findings with you, and together you will come up with a treatment plan.
“Can you see my whole family?”
Yes! We see patients of all ages. We are happy to see your whole family during one visit. Your family will be able to reserve the entire office and be seen by Dr. Fitzsimons, Dr. Hagan, and Kristen, our hygienist.
“Do you whiten teeth?”
Yes, we happily provide teeth whitening services. Teeth whitening is the fastest, easiest way to transform your smile.
“Do you take my insurance?”
It’s our mission to make dental care affordable and fit everyone’s budgets. We do accept most insurances, at least as partial payment. We work with you and your plan to reduce your out-of-pocket costs. However, we do not let insurance companies decide on the care that you need.
“Do you have financing options?”
Yes, we work with Care Credit.
