Doris Billups - Dental Assistant
With over ten years of experience in the dental field, Doris Billups brings a calm, confident presence to every appointment. Since joining our practice in the summer of 2023, she has been a vital part of our patient-centered approach, ensuring comfort and care are always top priorities. A devoted mother of three, Doris is also a book lover and pet parent to both a cat and a dog.
Melissa Almodovar – Dental Assistant
Melissa Almodovar joined Fitzsimons & Hagan Dentistry in early 2023, bringing her friendly energy and dedication to patient care. After studying Liberal Arts at Guttman Community College, Melissa discovered her passion for dentistry and quickly became a natural in the dental assistant role. Her warm demeanor helps patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, weekend getaways, and spending time with her dog and loved ones.
Kristen Podolak – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristen has been a part of the Fitzsimons & Hagan team since 2013, joining just after earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from SUNY Farmingdale. A lifelong Maspeth resident, she is known for her gentle touch, infectious enthusiasm for oral health, and the meaningful connections she forms with patients. When she’s not brightening smiles at the office, Kristen enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and indulging in her favorite food—Italian.
Eilleen Gonzalez – Treatment Coordinator
Eilleen brings a caring, patient-first attitude to everything she does at Fitzsimons & Hagan Dentistry. As a key member of our front office team, she ensures each patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported from the moment they contact our practice.
Currently pursuing a career in dental hygiene, Eilleen’s passion for oral health and helping others shines through in her work every day. As a proud mother, she understands the value of balancing career, family, and compassion—and she brings that same thoughtful approach to the care and service we provide.
Jackie Espinoza – Patient Coordinator
With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Jackie is often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. As our Patient Coordinator, she’s passionate about creating a welcoming, stress-free experience—answering questions, easing nerves, and making every visit run smoothly.
Jackie loves connecting with patients and being part of a team that genuinely cares. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants, traveling, or spending treasured time with her son.
